Kim Jung Eun reveals hilarious mix-up with friend named Lee Jae Myung

Actress Kim Jung Eun shared a hilarious personal story during her appearance on MBC’s variety show 'Radio Star.'

During the June 17 KST broadcast, the actress discussed her recent activities and reflected on her career, including her breakout role in the hit drama 'Lovers in Paris.'

Kim drew laughter when she revealed an unusual coincidence involving one of her close friends.

“I have a friend named Lee Jae Myung,” she said. “When we make reservations somewhere, people often don’t believe us because I’m Kim Jung Eun and he’s Lee Jae Myung.”

She continued jokingly, “When our group gets together, just looking at the names sounds like an inter-Korean summit meeting. Our Jae Myung actually lives in the United States.”

Her candid remarks sparked laughter in the studio, with Kim adding, “I wish I were a little funnier,” while playfully gauging the reactions of the other guests.

The actress also looked back on her path into the entertainment industry, revealing that before becoming an actress, she was unexpectedly cast as an MC for a dating program, which ultimately became her entry point into show business.
