The script reading session for the upcoming drama ‘Love In Sync’ has officially been unveiled.
Set to premiere in July, ‘Love In Sync’ is a romantic comedy that follows a woman who rejects empathy and a man burdened with absorbing other people’s emotions. Through a supernatural incident known as “emotional transference,” the two gradually invade each other’s worlds and learn how to feel again.
Photos from the script reading released on June 4 featured director Kim Chil Bong and writer Jung Yeon alongside cast members Kim Myung Soo (as Cha Eun Hwan), Kang Min Ah (as Yoo Ji An), Kwon So Hyun (as Han Yi Jin), Cha Min Ji (as Cha Song Hwan), Shin Woo Gyeom (as Dong Kyung), Kang Pil Jun (as Do Hoon), Kim Da Hye (as Hyun Ji), Ok Yoon Joong (as Manager Kim), Jang Sung Won (as Mr. Lee), Kim Yi Hyun (as Lee Young Ji), and Park Chae Won (as Shin Mi Jung).
Kim Myung Soo, who plays psychological counseling expert Cha Eun Hwan, showcased both the character’s warm exterior and hidden emotional wounds. He anchored the story by vividly portraying a man whose seemingly perfect life is shaken by an unexpected event.

Kang Min Ah takes on the role of Yoo Ji An, a former girl group member turned actress. She added her own charm to a character who can appear cold due to her lack of empathy, while capturing the emotional transformation of a once-successful top star facing a personal crisis.
Kwon So Hyun portrays rival actress Han Yi Jin. She realistically depicted the jealousy and emotional scars of a woman who was overshadowed by Yoo Ji An during their days as members of the same girl group, heightening the drama’s tension.
Supporting actors Cha Min Ji, Shin Woo Gyeom, Kang Pil Jun, Kim Da Hye, Ok Yoon Joong, Jang Sung Won, Kim Yi Hyun, and Park Chae Won also immersed themselves in their respective roles, energizing the atmosphere on set.
‘Love In Sync’ marks the second collaboration between Kim Myung Soo and producer Kim Chil Bong, following the MBC drama 'Numbers.'
The drama is scheduled to premiere simultaneously on July 4 at 10:50 PM KST through Lifetime, LG U+ TV Mobile, and Disney+.
