Lyn reveals reason behind spending most of her time in the bathroom

Singer Lyn has addressed public curiosity about her unusual habit of spending much of her time in the bathroom, explaining that the space provides her with a sense of comfort and security.

During the June 9 broadcast of SBS PowerFM’s "Escape at 2 O’Clock Cultwo Show", Lyn appeared as a guest alongside Kim Soo Chan. When asked by a listener why she often stays in the bathroom, she responded, “It’s warm, but more importantly, it’s the smallest room in the house. I feel comfortable there.”

Lyn added that she understands why some people might be concerned about cleanliness, explaining that she cleans the bathroom every day. “People worry about hygiene, and I get that. I clean it once a day. Even so, some may still think it’s not ideal, but emotionally it feels comfortable to me,” she said.

The singer also revealed that large spaces can sometimes make her feel uneasy. “When a space is too wide, I feel like I might get anxious or overwhelmed,” she shared candidly.

Her comments came after viewers noticed her unusual routine on SBS reality show "My Little Old Boy". In the episode, Lyn was shown eating snacks, knitting, and reading inside a bathroom at her new home, drawing considerable attention online.

Lyn previously married singer Lee Soo in 2014. The couple reportedly finalized their divorce by mutual agreement last year. Since then, Lyn has continued to connect with fans through music and television appearances while sharing more candid aspects of her daily life.
