MAMAMOO's Whee In and Hwa Sa surprised viewers by revealing that they once got into a physical fight while drunk.
The story was shared during the June 8 episode of YouTube show 'Zzanbro Shin Dong Yup,' where all four MAMAMOO members appeared as guests.
While discussing the group's longtime friendship, Moon Byul admitted, "We used to fight a lot. We fought like sisters."
Solar added, "Back then, we were young and had the energy for it. Now that we're older, we're too tired to fight physically, so we mostly argue with words."
Hwa Sa chimed in, saying, "I actually think it's better to fight things out."
Moon Byul agreed, recalling, "We really fought hard. We'd tear up each other's rooms. Honestly, I think our relationship is more comfortable now."

When host Shin Dong Yup asked whether Whee In and Hwa Sa, who have been friends since middle school, also fought often, Whee In revealed, "We don't really have small arguments. We have big ones. We've even gotten into fistfights."
She explained that the incident happened after the two had been drinking together.
"We were being affectionate and emotional at first because we both get sentimental when we drink," Wheein said. "Then something trivial suddenly escalated, and we ended up kicking and fighting each other."
Whee In added that she tends to remember everything when drunk, while Hwa Sa is more likely to experience memory loss, making it difficult for either of them to fully recall what happened the next day.
According to Whee In, the two remained awkward with each other for more than a week before eventually making up.
Solar also recalled noticing the tension at the time.
"We had a schedule the next day, and Whee In kept asking me to relay messages to Hwasa," she said with a laugh. "They wouldn't even make eye contact. I didn't know what was going on until I later found out they had fought."
The members ultimately emphasized that openly resolving conflicts helped strengthen their friendship over the years.
