NEXZ have wrapped up their first-ever solo arena tour in Japan and dropped their third Japanese mini album, 'Hellmate', on June 24.
The five-track release features the title track "Hellmate" along with "Hands up, Yo!," "Can't hide," a Japanese version of "Mmchk," and "Hellmate (Instrumental)." The title track carries a bold message about breaking free from societal expectations, blending old-school hip-hop with hard-hitting instrumentals.
Ahead of the album drop, NEXZ wrapped their 'NEXZ LIVE TOUR 2026 Hellmate' with two sold-out shows on June 12 and 13 at Osaka-jo Hall, with the tour also hitting Tokyo. Fans got to experience live band performances, acrobatic choreography, special unit stages, and fan interaction segments throughout the shows.
The JYP Entertainment group has been on a roll since scoring their first music show win with "Mmchk" back in April. Up next, NEXZ are heading to Brazil's 'Rock in Rio' festival and the 'STRAYCITY' festival across three Latin American stops this September.
