SHINee is set to make a rare full-group appearance on a music show to perform its latest title track, 'Atmos.'
According to industry sources, SHINee will appear together on SBS's 'Inkigayo' on June 14(KST), where they will deliver the song's first music show performance. Notably, 'Inkigayo' will be SHINee's only scheduled music show appearance during its promotions for the album so far.
Released on June 1, 'Atmos' is an electronic house-based dance track that portrays the feeling of sharing a moment with someone as if floating lightly through the air, exploring new sensations and a fully realized form of love. Longtime SHINee collaborator Kenzie penned the lyrics, while Andrew Choi co-composed the track.
SHINee first unveiled the performance during its three-day concert from May 29 to 31, accompanied by a live band. The stage drew enthusiastic responses from fans for its blend of mature freshness, relaxed charisma, and polished choreography.
Despite the album's release, the group has yet to perform the song on a televised music program, making the upcoming 'Inkigayo' appearance particularly significant for fans who have been waiting to see the stage outside of the concert setting.
Meanwhile, SHINee's sixth mini-album, 'Atmos,' has enjoyed strong international success since its release. The album topped the iTunes 'Top Albums' chart in 16 regions and reached the top 10 in 34 regions overall. It also ranked No. 2 on Japan's AWA real-time rising chart and Recochoku’s 'Daily Album Ranking,' further underscoring the group's enduring global appeal.
