Tiffany Young jokes about her lingering disappointment over SM Entertainment being charged for parking

BY Alec06 · June 8, 2026

Tiffany Young of Girls' Generation has once again playfully voiced her lingering disappointment toward her former agency, SM Entertainment, regarding a past parking fee incident.

On June 8, Tiffany Young and Kim Ye Won appeared as guests on the KBS Cool FM radio show Park Myung Soo's Radio Show ahead of the premiere of their upcoming musical, Yumi's Cells.

During the broadcast, host Park Myung Soo read a listener's message asking, "Tiffany, do you remember previously feeling upset when SM Entertainment charged you for parking?" Tiffany Young laughed and responded, "Of course, I still feel a bit disappointed about that parking fee," confirming that her feelings on the matter remain unchanged.

Tiffany Young went on to explain the situation in detail. "When I returned to SM Entertainment for Girls' Generation's 15th-anniversary project, I was leaving after a practice session when they told me, 'You just need to pay for parking.' Even though the staff recognized my face, they still told me to hold on a moment to settle the fee." When Park Myung Soo chimed in saying, "For me, they just see my face and open the gate," Tiffany Young wittily replied, "They knew who I was, but still told me to wait." She then added with a laugh, "And I was with SM Entertainment for 13 years," highlighting why the moment felt so ironic.

When Park Myung Soo joked, "Didn't they practically build their headquarters thanks to Girls' Generation?" Tiffany Young humbly laughed and clarified, "We built it with Girls' Generation." She then shared a laugh when Park Myung Soo jokingly advised her that she should sue them over it.

Meanwhile, Tiffany Young tied the knot with actor Byun Yo Han this past February. After leaving SM Entertainment in April to sign with Pacific Music Group, she has been focusing heavily on her acting career. She is set to share the lead role of Yumi with Kim Ye Won in the musical Yumi's Cells, which officially opens on June 30.
