Xikers has successfully wrapped up promotions for its seventh mini album, achieving career high milestones in both album sales and global chart performance.
The group's latest release, 'ROOT: ZERO : The ORA,' marked the conclusion of the long running 'HOUSE OF TRICKY' series that has defined xikers' identity since debut. The album introduces a new chapter for the group, depicting the beginning of a journey into an unfamiliar world beyond the Trickey House.
The release quickly set new personal records for Xikers. Within just four days of its release, the album surpassed 330,000 copies sold, exceeding the first week sales of the group's previous album. It ultimately recorded more than 360,000 first week sales, marking a new career high.
The album also performed strongly on domestic music charts and album sales rankings, including Hanteo and Circle Chart.
Internationally, Xikers earned impressive results on Billboard's charts. 'ROOT: ZERO : The ORA' reached No. 4 on the World Albums chart and No. 11 on the Top Album Sales chart.
Meanwhile, the music video for the title track "OKAY" surpassed 10 million views on YouTube in less than a week, driven by its dynamic production and powerful performance.
Following the completion of promotions, Xikers is set to embark on an overseas tour later this month. The tour will kick off on June 27 at Ticketlink Live Hall in Seoul before continuing to Zepp Haneda in Tokyo on July 31.
