Singer Choi Su Ho celebrated his birthday with a special event, connecting with his fans in a uniquely active way. On July 1, he held his birthday celebration, 'Let's Play with Suho!', at the Obama Hall of Hankuk University of Foreign Studies in Seoul.
Marking his fourth consecutive year celebrating his birthday with fans, Choi Su Ho opted for a "sports day" concept instead of a traditional fan meeting. The event, which was organized by members of his official fan cafe, was designed for him and his fans to interact through physical activities.
The day kicked off with a birthday cake ceremony, where fans playfully gifted him a "seaweed bag." The program was packed with various games, including an OX quiz, giant volleyball, hula hoop, tug-of-war, and the "A Big One is Coming" challenge. Choi Su Ho fully immersed himself in the fun, acting as a player, referee, and cheerleader for both the Blue and White teams.
During the event, Choi Su Ho treated fans to an impromptu live performance when one of his songs played. He also led the crowd in the challenge for "A Big One is Coming," the title track from his second mini-album. To conclude the day, he held a prize raffle, took photos with the winners, and personally handed out snack boxes to all attendees as they left.
Reflecting on the event, Choi Su Ho shared, "I was so happy that so many people congratulated me and that we could all have fun at the sports day... We had a great time cheering until our throats were hoarse, and I'm glad no one got hurt. I sincerely thank my Subangsa (fandom name)."
