The new boy group VAYONN, the first to launch from Kim Jae Joong's agency iNKODE Entertainment, has officially made their debut.
On the afternoon of July 6, VAYONN held a press showcase at the Mecenatpolis Solfae Square in Seoul to celebrate the release of their first EP album, 'Youth Today'.
The six-member group consists of Sen, Masato, Ayang, Jinwei, Teru, and Mano. Four of the members—Sen, Masato, Ayang, and Jinwei—are already familiar to many fans from their appearance on Mnet's survival show 'Boys Planet'.
During the event, the members shared their excitement about their long-awaited debut. "We've been waiting for this moment. We're excited and happy," they stated. "We received a lot of support and help while preparing for our debut, and we will work hard and grow to meet those expectations."
They also expressed their ambitions, adding, "We want to give good energy and luck to many people through our music. We will make our name known by delivering a cool feeling this summer."
According to the announcement, 'Youth Today' is an album that tells the members' own stories of youth, capturing both the realistic aspects and the idealistic dreams of their generation. It aims to convey the message that every day is a part of youth and is a special moment in itself.
'Youth Today' was released on all major music streaming sites at 6 PM KST on July 6.
