SHINee's Onew has dropped his music video for "Dear My Spring" for the 'You Are My Spring' OST.
In the MV, Joo Young Do (played by Kim Dong Wook) and Kang Da Jung (Seo Hyun Jin) strike up a friendship as apartment neighbors through mentally tough times. "Dear My Spring" is a touching ballad about being by someone's side even if the relationship can't go further.
