Rookie global hip-hop group H//PE Princess released the music video for “One Day” on May 27, building anticipation for their official debut.
The seven-member group will also drop its first mini album, '17.7', at 6 PM the same day, marking their formal entry into the music industry with a strong Gen Z-driven identity and hip-hop foundation.
The track “One Day,” the second song on the album, highlights the group’s limitless ambition and musical direction. It also features participation from Taka of the Japanese rock band ONE OK ROCK, adding a stadium rock-inspired scale and emotional depth that expands the song beyond traditional hip-hop boundaries.
Beyond music, H//PE Princess represents a broader cultural shift among Gen Z audiences in Korea and Japan. Positioned at the intersection of both cultures, the group aims to use hip-hop as a shared language to foster collaboration and create a new, boundaryless cultural ecosystem.
