BY Demian09 · May 28, 2026

Queenz Eye released their second mini album, 'PRISM EP.02' on May 28, alongside the music video for the title track “Y2K.”

“Y2K” is a pop anthem-inspired track that captures the nostalgic energy of early 2000s pop music while blending it with a modern sound. The song features retro-style production, addictive melodies, and witty lyrical homages that reflect the signature mood of the Y2K era.

The newly released music video further highlights the concept with bright visuals and cheerful charm, delivering a refreshing and energetic atmosphere that matches the track’s upbeat sound.

The album also attracted attention for its lineup of internationally recognized producers. Sean Cook, known for co-creating Shaboozey’s Billboard Hot 100 record-breaking hit “A Bar Song (Tipsy),” participated in the production. In addition, overseas producers, including Jason Hahs, who has worked with K-pop acts such as RIIZE and IVE, contributed to the project.

With 'PRISM EP.02,' Queenz Eye aims to showcase a colorful musical spectrum while reviving the nostalgic appeal of Y2K pop culture through a contemporary K-pop style.
