This is why when a 3J unit was announced by BTS's label; fans went into a frenzy in anticipation of seeing Jimin dance. BTS's label released a choreography video for Butter (feat. Megan Thee Stallion) Special Performance on September 9 at 12 pm KST. There were nothing but praises for Jimin and his exquisite moves. Fans spoke of the different elements of his dance that make him stand out. Jimin did not just steal hearts with the performance but also with his entire look. Fans were already excited about his looks from September 8, at 12 am KST, when the teaser photos for the performance were released. He was in all white with black snickers. Being the brand king that he is, fans wasted no time to find out the brands from which his outfit came. The shoes were VEJA MEN'S BLACK POLYESTER SNICKERS going for £337.94. The top was a RHUDE logo print pullover going for £906 in one store and £710.02 in another store. Finally, his pants were RHUDE Off-white logo lounge pants priced at $615. And since everyone wants whatever JImin touches, these items quickly went out of stock on different online shopping platforms.

About only two and a half hours after the posting of this announcement with the teaser photo, the Rhude logo print pullover had sold out the two sizes in which the item had been available on the ATTERLEY online store. On a different store, the FARFETCH online store, the pullover had only one size left within that same period of time.
Considering the same period of time for the pants, only one size was left out of the six sizes in which the item is made. In this one size, only four pieces were remaining as per the information on the SSENCE store. On the other hand, the pants were completely sold out at the Rhude official store.
The sneakers were seen to have been sold out about 4 hours after the posting of the announcement. Five sizes had already sold out on ATTERLEY, and only two were remaining.
