The third anniversary of Jimin's first present to fans,'Promise,' is coming up, and fans have been organizing different kinds of activities to commemorate its anniversary. 'Promise' was his first-ever self-composed song, and it was made with the intention to offer comfort to listeners through the different trials and tribulations that they may be experiencing in life. The song received an overwhelmingly positive response on its release date on December 31, 2018, on SoundCloud and has since gone on to become the most-streamed song on the platform's history in under three years. Some ways in which Jimin's fans are celebrating the song's anniversary is through donations. One group of fans, the 'ALL FOR JIMIN' CHOEAEDOL TEAM, already made a donation of 10.13 million KRW (an equivalent of about $8513) in Jimin's name to the Korea Children Leukemia Foundation on December 27th, as reported by Korean media.
On December 30th, another group of fans, the JIMIN GALLERY team, made another donation of the same amount (10.13 million KRW) to the same organization, the Korea Children Leukemia Foundation, also to commemorate the third anniversary of 'Promise." The donation was made in Jimin's name, and the news was officially announced by the organization on its Twitter page.
The effort is even more commendable as the donor team stated that this amount was raised in just one week.
The donation certificate was released with the phrase:

This donation was also made in Jimin's name, and it is to commemorate the third anniversary of 'Promise' as well.

One of the many reasons I love Park Jimin is how he inspires so many with his kindness and giving soul to pay it forward. Jimin and his fans inspire ME to do the same. My prayers go out to our friends in the Philippines who have been affected by the recent tragedy.@RedCross https://t.co/MXKolX1cQr pic.twitter.com/IPaKyvJeF1

Jimin is the best role model, and his fans honor him by emulating his deeds of kindness and compassion to those in need or any other vulnerable populations. Through his music and his personality, he greatly influences good deeds that ultimately help to make the world a better place even by just a small margin, but such are the efforts necessary to ultimately reach our desired destination as a society.
