More media reports highlight BTS's Jimin in BTS' #PTD_ON_STAGE_LA concert

Jimin has attracted a lot of attention all through BTS's trip to Los Angeles, USA. This attention got particularly conspicuous in the duration of the four-night #PTD_ON_STAGE_LAconcert, beginning November 27 till December 3. Jimin's performance became the highlight of the show, as seen from the many fan reactions, who confessed to having been bias-wrecked completely by Jimin. The report also included the fact that different stars from around the globe attended the concerts and specifically mentions the Brazilian Victoria's Secret supermodel Gizele Oliveira who had posted a Tiktok video of her preparing to go to the concert and said she was going to meet her husband Jimin and ask him to marry her. On December 4, Consequence Of Sound, an independently owned online magazine based in New York, named Jimin as the one who stood out especially during the 'Black Swan' performance and elevated the stage. Having been trained in contemporary dance, Jimin has always been the center of attention for this performance as he perfectly embodies the 'Black Swan.'

Another publication by the American lifestyle magazine Teen Vogue also highlights Jimin in its review of the concert, talking of his passion for performing. Jimin's dance is known to be very expressive, and that is something that only comes from deep passion.

Previously, other reports by other media outlets had also focused on Jimin, as documented earlier on. For instance, on December 1, SBS Morning Wide reported on the heavy Twitter usage during the first two days of the concert, specifically mentioning Jimin's tweet right before the concerts began. Reports showed that the tweet resulted in an increase in tweet volume, which was also the highest volume through the concert period with over 750k retweets and over 2.2 million likes, becoming the most liked and retweeted tweet worldwide in over 24 hours.

The same network had reported on the concert on November 29 while using Jimin-centered footage of the 'ON' performance. Jimin is widely known for his dance skills and is considered as one of the best 3 dancers in the K-pop industry. As such, it is always a treat to see him on stage.

Apart from the concerts, the network also highlighted Jimin's words during BTS' press conference held on November 29.

The same case applied to YTN News that also broadcasted a report on this press conference while highlighting Jimin's words only. Moreover, the news network published a review of the concert and specially focused on Jimin's high notes that overwhelmed the entire concert hall even while he was performing high-energy choreography simultaneously.

CBS News Los Angeles is another news network that used Jimin-centered footage while reporting on the concert, this time using his part from the 'Fire' performance that is dubbed as the '333 killing part' for being the climax of the song.

Jimin was a star on each day of the concert, and it is no wonder that the media highlighted him a lot in all news reports about the concert. His Twitter mentions in the same period of the concerts also show how much attention he received. He emerged as the most mentioned member in the stated period with over 12 million mentions to two versions of his name, JIMIN, and JIMIN JIMIN, and a total of 82.3 million engagements.

With such reactions and mentions to his name, it is explainable why the media would highlight him in each report or review of the concert. He stood out like the shining star that he is and made the shows memorable for the audience.
