The BTS members recently released their individually designed merchandise, garnering much attention. Jimin's merchandise had been highly anticipated even before its release, with fans being incredibly touched by the much thought he put into the details of the items he designed, ranging from the type of material to the comfort of those wearing the products[read more here]. He even sought feedback on whether it would be comfortable for the females, making sure to be considerate of everyone [watch here].

On the day of release of the merchandise for preorders, there was such a high volume of web traffic to the Weverse shop online selling platform, so much so that even the platform's servers got knocked offline as fans scrambled to get their hands on the beautifully and thoughtfully designed items. Both of the items sold out in 0.1 seconds, as reported by various reputable media outlets like NME Magazine and Korea JoongAng Daily to mention a few. The outlets emphasize that not only did his merch sell out in the fastest time among the members, but no other member enjoyed such a stampede that caused the Weverse servers to crash.
The high demand for the individually designed merch by BTS members prompted an arrangement for the second round of preorders, which once again saw Jimin becoming the fastest member to sell out both of his products [read here].
Some fans were quite devastated for not having been able to secure any of the items that they even resorted to making their own in the exact same design and color as Jimin's merch.

For those who were able to secure the items, they are simply unable to contain their joy and pride in owning the merch. The fans are satisfied with the quality of the products purchased and are flaunting the items on their social media. Not a single person has been seen to have any issue with the items thus far.
