Since BTS' debut till now, fans have given many nicknames to all the members. These endearing terms have become popular that even the members are aware of them. Each member of Bangtan holds a special place in ARMY’s heart. They all have their unique style and adorable traits. Maknae Jungkook (JK), as we know, is famous for his bunny smile and doe eyes. Fans can’t help but melt when they see him smile.
Anytime JK is seen effortlessly doing something, we are reminded of how he is good at literally everything. That’s where he gets the title of “Golden Maknae.” But apart from that, Kookie has many other nicknames given to him by his Hyungs and ARMYs. Check out what they are and the meaning behind them.
1. Golden Maknae (Hwanggeum Maknae)

This title was given to him by the leader. Prior to BTS’ debut, RM came up with Golden Maknae as Jungkook’s nickname, given that he is good at everything. Be it dancing or singing, swimming or gaming, the list of his talents is endless. He is an amazing painter and filmmaker too.
2. Kookie

Short for Jungkook is Kook or Kookie. BTS and ARMYs call him that in an endearing manner. You will often find the members calling him Jungkookie.
3. Muscle Pig or Geun-yook Tokki

“Geun-yook-to-kki” in Korean, roughly translates to Muscle Bunny. It is no news that Jungkook is a gym freak and loves his workout session. Buffed chest and muscles, all while maintaining that tiny waist; his body proportions are no joke.

A bonus pic because I really like this one.
4. JK

Well, there are no marks for guessing! JK is obviously an acronym for Jungkook. The two letters which gave birth to his legendary (now changed) Instagram username. You can sing this nickname like “Jaykayy.”

5. Bunny

Beware the double Bunny! When Jungkook smiles, he looks like an adorable bunny. His sometimes bouncy nature and way of eating remind ARMYs of a bunny/rabbit.

6. Jeon Seagull or Justin Seagull
remember when jungkook's said his english stage name, would be “Justin Seagull” because he loves Justin Bieber, and the seagull is the official bird of Busan (the city where he is from). #JUNGKOOK #Jungkook pic.twitter.com/uXpkHOoCnE

Among many pre-debut choices, Justin Seagull was one of the options for JK’s stage name. Seagull, as it is the official bird of his birth city, Busan. Whereas for ‘Justin’, it is because he is a fan of Justin Bieber. Now ‘Jeon Seagull’ has caught on as one of his nicknames.
7. Triple Threat

Although not much in use now, during the band’s initial years, Jungkook was referred to as the Triple Threat for his incredible singing and dancing skills. He was also a sub-rapper back then.
So ARMYs, what are JK's other nicknames? Tell us in the comments.
