Live audiences will be able to attend weekly music programs beginning in May in South Korea!
On April 21, KBS2's 'Music Bank' officially announced via the program's official website, "Live audiences will be able to attend 'Music Bank' recordings beginning on the program's upcoming broadcast on May 6. Applications to attend the recording will open on April 28 at 9 AM KST. The first 18 applicants will be chosen to attend the recording."
This will mark the first time since January of 2020 that live audiences will be allowed to attend music program recordings, after the massive shutdown due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
Other weekly music programs like MBC's 'Show! Music Core' and SBS's 'Inkigayo' are expected to re-open live audience applications in the near future.
