'Fancam Emperor' Kim Taehyung becomes the 1st K-pop idol to have 19 Fancams surpass 10 Million Views on YouTube

Kim Taehyung, aka V of BTS, reaffirms his title as the 'Fancam Emperor' with his latest record.

Taehyung is well-known for his constantly evolving performances and expressions. His fancams have been popular since BTS's debut years thanks to his attractive appearance, rich facial expressions, and chameleon-like ability to embody the mood of the songs through his attitude and dance moves. 

Recently, the focus video for Taehyung's performance of "GO GO" at the 'Bang Bang Con The Live' concert has surpassed 10 million views. 

With this, Taehyung becomes the first K-pop idol to have 19 fancams with more than 10 million views on YouTube.

Even when the main camera is not focused on him, Taehyung gives his all in his performances, and he always manages to catch the audience's attention even when he isn't at the center.

Taehyung's 'Boy with Luv" fancam also extends its record as the most-watched K-pop fancam in Youtube history, surpassing 140 million views. 

Even when he performs the same song numerous times, Taehyung tries to make each performance unique through his expressions, attitudes, or minor changes to the choreography. It is one of the reasons he is called a 'Stage Genius' and is considered a role model for many younger K-pop idols. 

Professional Japanese dancer Arata Kobayashi praised Taehyung's expressiveness and natural ability as a performer. 

"V has an excellent ability to accept music with his whole body and express the emotions of the song, and he dances with a clever and sensible groove. He dances with his own unique feeling, and he has his own unique taste that is different from other people. Be a dancer like V and become a dancer."

In BTS's recent "Yet to Come in Busan" concert, many of Taehyung's fancams went viral on TikTok after he amazed everyone by embodying the high-energy mood of 'RUN BTS' with his powerful dance moves and striking vocals.
