Seventeen's DK gets wrapped up in a controversy for allegedly texting during the fan video call event and fans step up to clear up the misunderstanding

Seventeen's DK was heavily criticized for allegedly texting during the fan video call event. Fans refuted the allegation with another video evidence.  

On March 3rd, an upset Chinese fan shared her experience at the recent BSS fan video call event. She claimed she saw DK texting with someone else for about 30 seconds while he was on the video call with her. She said he did this when she suggested taking a selfie with her and that's when she saw the reflection of a screen on DK's eyeglasses. The fan then shared her video call recording.   

Many netizens were upset for the fan as it is extremely hard to get on the call with an idol. DK was heavily criticized for his alleged unprofessional behavior. 

But on the following day, other Seventeen fans stepped up to dispel the allegation for their idol. Sharing another clip from the same event, the fans said you could still see the reflection of someone texting on his glasses when he had his both hands in front of his face. 

Seventeen has yet to respond regarding the whole controversy. What do you think?
