
BLACKPINK's 2016 hit single "BOOMBAYAH" MV racked up to 1.6 billion views on YouTube
On July 4 KST, the YG Entertainment girl group's music video for their catchy track "BOOMBAYAH" exceeded a whopping 1.6 billion views on YouTube. Released on August 8, 2016 as one of the two tracks from the band's debut single album 'SQUARE ONE,' the video reached the mark 6 years and 10 months later.
This marks BLACKPINK's third official music video to surpass 1.6 billion views, after "DDU-DU DDU-DU" and "Kill This Love."
