Cartier praised Taehyung as "one of the most talented individuals of our time," who embodies an image that fits Cartier's jewelry creations perfectly.

After the news of Taehyung becoming the global brand ambassador for Cartier spread, the brand's website experienced a momentary crash due to a sudden surge in traffic.
Within a few minutes, the Cartier necklace ($26.7K) which Taehyung of BTS wore was sold out on the brand site.

Several media outlets, including the global fashion magazine "Highsnobiety," reported that fans rushed to online retailers as soon as they heard the news to purchase Cartier jewelry.
A necklace from the "Panthère de Cartier" collection priced at $26,700, sold out immediately on Cartier's global online retailers in countries, including France and the UK.
