According to the social media post, Joshua has allegedly gone on a date with his 'girlfriend' on Christmas "instead of interacting on Weverse" and that a video including Joshua's voice was uploaded on her birthday.

Although some netizens are also 'laughing it off,' after having seen so many couple item and Lovestagram accusations, others are arguing that the issue is "not because Joshua could have a girlfriend like a normal person" but that he could "indirectly show it off to his fans," a controversial topic in the K-pop industry.
