YouTuber Lee Jin Ho reveals that Keena's parents tried to convince Aran, Sio, and Saena's parents to withdraw the lawsuit

The FIFTY FIFTY incident is taking a surprising turn of events after member Keena withdrew her exclusive contract termination lawsuit against ATTRAKT and even sat down with Dispatch to candidly open up about all the events that led to the lawsuit.

According to Keena, The Givers' Ahn Sung Il had gaslit the members and even their parents so that they could file a lawsuit to terminate their contracts with ATTRAKT. She explained that Ahn Sung Il had gaslit the girls to harbor negative feelings and feel uncertainty toward ATTRAKT, which led them to initiate the lawsuit for the contract termination. 

On October 20, YouTuber/reporter Lee Jin Ho released a phone call between Ahn Sung Il and Keena's father to reveal that FIFTY FIFTY members' parents were also gaslit into thinking ATTRAKT CEO Jun Hong Joon was the villain.

Based on the phone call recording, Ahn Sung Il assures Keena's father that the lawsuit against ATTRAKT is failproof. He tells the father, "CEO Jun Hong Joon might be arrested for criminal charges." Ahn Sung Il continues to convince Keena's father that Warner Korea is aware of the situation and is considering all aspects. Ahn Sung Il explains, "However, as for the content of the negotiation, here's what it means: All the rights to the (the member's) works will be transferred. Secondly, the names and their accounts will also be transferred. So, as a condition for transferring the rights to the first and second albums, we will offer an exit from 50 billion to a maximum of 100 billion KRW. This is the deal, but on the outside, we make it look like we're letting the girls go for their future success. Warner already knows about this, and they are considering this as well."

Based on various phone conversations with Ahn Sung Il, Keena's father purely believed that the investments that CEO Jun Hong Joon would bring the girls would be left purely as debt that the girls would have to repay. Hence, Keena's father believed that Ahn Sung Il would prevent such things from happening.

However, after the news that Ahn Sung Il forged his academic records and even forged signatures for the copyright shares, Keena's father began recording their conversations as he began having doubts about Ahn Sung Il.

According to Lee Jin Ho, Keena and her parents began attempting to convince the other members to withdraw the lawsuit and return to ATTRAKT. 

Back in August, a user claiming to be Keena's mother left a comment saying, "This is Keena's mother. We're going to return to CEO Jun. I'm sorry, I must have raised my child wrong," "I'm in Daejeon and I work at a restaurant," "I'm always thankful that he (CEO Jun) raised Song Ja Kyung into what she is today..." and "Ja Kyung's father joined. I think they filed the lawsuit without my knowledge. Please help."

Based on Lee Jin Ho's finding, the comments were left by Keena's mother back in August, and Keena, along with her parents, were attempting to convince the other members and their parents to return to ATTRAKT since then. However, Keena was unable to convince the other members. Therefore, she had to return to CEO Jun Hong Joon by herself.

She revealed the other three members are not in contact with Ahn Sung Il and are posting all the social media statements with their parents.
