xikers have released a statement on Junghoon before the group's comeback.
On February 9, KQ Entertainment updated fans on Junghoon's health and upcoming album activities, stating, "Last May, Junghoon temporarily suspended his activities due to a torn cruciate ligament, and he's since undergone surgery and continuous rehabilitation. He's now presently able to walk and engage in light exercise."
The label continued, "After a long discussion involving all the xikers members, including Junghoon and their families, and the company, it's been decided that Junghoon needs to continue with more rehabilitation. Consequently, the upcoming new album will proceed with a 9-member lineup without Junghoon."
