A song attains a PAK when it rises to the top spot on all major South Korean music streaming platforms, including MelOn, Genie, Bugs, FLO, VIBE, and YouTube Music, as well as claiming the number one position on Instiz's real-time and weekly iChart.
Earning a PAK is a coveted milestone for K-pop artists, symbolizing widespread popularity and public adoration in South Korea. Songs that achieve this feat are hailed as significant hits within the country's music scene.
Other songs that have attained a ‘Real Time All-Kill’ in 2024 includeIU’s “Love wins all,” BIBI’s “Bam Yang Gang,” (G)I-DLE’s “FATE,” ILLIT’s “Magnetic,” ZICO’s “SPOT! (feat. JENNIE),” aespa’s “Supernova,” Lee Young Ji’s “Small Girl (feat. Doh Kyung Soo)," and DAY6's "Melt Down" and "Happy."
Meanwhile, since its release, "APT" has not only become a domestic hit but has topped international charts as well. As previously reported, Rosé reached #1 on Spotify's global chart and also became the first K-pop female solo artist to top the U.S. chart. The song also reached #1 on Spotify's global and U.S. daily charts, Apple Music's global daily chart, YouTube Music's U.S. daily chart, and Tencent's QQ Music in China.
