Warner Bros. Pictures Animation has unveiled the first trailer for its first full-length feature, 'The Cat in the Hat,' an animated adaptation of the classic Dr. Seuss story starring Bill Hader.
In this reimagining, written and directed by Kung Fu Panda 3 director Alessandro Carloni and former South Park staff writer and producer Erica Rivinoja. The Cat is an agent of the I.I.I.I. (The Institute for the Institution of Imagination and Inspiration), who takes the assignment to cheer up two siblings struggling with their move to a new town. After a series of botched assignments, the Cat has to prove himself or risk losing his position and his magical hat.
An unexpected and crowd-pleasing surprise came when BLACKPINK Rosé's smash hit "APT" played during the trailer, which, combined with the Cat's hilarious, distinctive, and uniquely irreverent style, took the audience on a fantastical journey through a world never seen before.
