Surfer shocks viewers by surfing at 39 weeks pregnant on TV Chosun's 'We're Having a Baby Again'

A video of a pregnant woman in a bikini surfing recently went viral.

On the September 23 broadcast of TV Chosun’s 'We're Having A Baby Again,' 42-weeks pregnant Min Hyun Ah appeared as a special guest to talk about her viral video.

Hosts Park Soo Hong and Jang Seo Hee visited Min Hyun Ah’s home on this day to talk about the event. Park Soo Hong began the conversation saying, "You were the one surfing at 39 weeks, right?" and Jang Seo Hee added excitedly, "We saw the video."

Park Soo Hong expressed shock and awe by saying, "What we saw was amazing. You were so good," referring to the video of Min surfing in a swimsuit while heavily pregnant. Jang Seo Hee also said, "When he showed me the video, I didn't think you were Korean. I thought 'Is she a foreigner? Is it really safe to exercise like that?'."

In the short segment of the video revealed by TV Chosun, Min Hyun Ah is seen pregnant at 39 weeks and surfing on a wakeboard. Min Hyun Ah explained, "For me, it’s not an extreme sport. I was once part of the preliminary national team selection. I’m currently a judge as well." 

She also explained that she was due 10 days ago and is now approaching her 42nd week. She shared that she has chosen to wait for labor to begin naturally, under medical supervision.
