BLACKPINK's ROSÉ has topped another major music chart with her mega-hit "APT," further cementing her dominance over other K-pop artists in 2025.
On December 17, Oricon, Japan's leading music chart company, released its Oricon Streaming Year-End 2025 chart, which evaluates releases issued between December 23, 2024, and December 15, 2025, and ranks the most streamed songs in the country during that period, using data from platforms such as Spotify, Apple Music, LINE MUSIC, and more, being a key indicator of popularity in the current Japanese music market.
Here, "APT" ranks at #8 with 238,221,983 streams, reigning as The Most Streamed International Song of the year in Japan and The Only Song by a K-pop Act on the Top 10 of the chart. Thanks to these figures, Rosé far surpassed major groups like Aespa, BABYMONSTER, and ILLIT within the Japanese market and even distanced itself from its direct competitor at the Grammys, "Golden" by "HUNTRX," which ended the year at number 91 on this chart.
