Opinions overturned in Park Na Rae vs. former manager 'A' dispute following phone conversation recording reveal

A new phone conversation recording released by cyber wrecker YouTuber Lee Jin Ho has turned the tides in the ongoing Park Na Rae vs. former manager 'A' dispute.

According to the YouTuber's latest live stream, Park Na Rae's side and 'A's side held a negotiation meeting in the early hours between December 7-8, a few days after 'A' and her party began a series of lawsuits against Park Na Rae. 

The phone conversation below allegedly occurred between Park Na Rae and 'A' shortly before the two sides agreed to meet at Park Na Rae's house for negotiations. According to Lee Jin Ho, 'A' was drunk at the time of the conversation, which took place around 1:40 AM. 

Full transcription of the phone conversation:

Park Na Rae: Hello?

A: Yes

P: Are you okay?

A: (Breaking into a sob) I don't know why the situation has come to this!

P: (Sigh)

P: Don't cry...

A: (Sobbing) I never wanted to go this far..

P: (Sigh)

P: Just, for now, stop crying..

A: Bokdol (Park Na Rae's dog). Did you take Bokdol to the hospital on November 30?

P: I didn't get to take him. (Begins crying)

A: Why didn't you? You should've taken him! He needed to be treated for heartworms! (Sobbing) Why didn't you go?

P: I got some medicine prescribed. They said that he just needs to take medicine.

A: No, that's not right! He needs an injection!

P: No, the doctor said he didn't need it. I asked.

A: You called the hospital?

P: Of course. I changed the name of the dog owner too.

P: You should come just once, to see Bokdol..

A: Lee XX (Park Na Rae's PR manager). I'm gonna kill em.

P: Why not try calling?

A: Lee XX that b*****d.

P: (Sobbing)

P: No. I'm smoking.

A: I'm sorry. For the last 3 weeks, it's just been overwhelming.. I need to protect maknae [manager], and I need to listen to what the lawyer has to say, and there's been so much going on. I was trying not to drink, but I drank a little today.

P: It's okay. You did well [to drink]..

A: If I took your call while sober, I thought I would just become a crying mess.. And then I thought that Lee XX that b*****d might record our phone call and use it as evidence.. The lawyer told me not to answer your call.

P: See, for me.. as for me.. A, stop crying.. what are you doing tomorrow?

A: I'm in Itaewon right now.

P: Where in Itaewon?

A: I was drinking in Mapo and now I'm near your house.

P: Where?

A: Near Itaewon. Near your house.

P: It's cold outside.. Where are you?

A: (Sobbing)

P: Why are you being like that..

A: (Sobbing) Why this.. Unnie you're my love..

P: I just can't..

A: You're more important to me than oppa [A's boyfriend]. I can't stand this situation right now.

P: (Sighing) I can't do this..

A: Your mother.. your mother can't sleep over even the littlest things..

A: What about your mother..

After this call, A allegedly made her way to Park Na Rae's home and the two sides conversed at length, although no official settlement was reached. Following this fall-through, it's believed that both sides agreed to resolve the matter in court.

Based on prior details revealed in this dispute, this conversation and meeting occurred right before Park Na Rae announced her decision to halt all activities until the resolution of the dispute. However, while Park Na Rae's side claimed that "Several misunderstandings and feelings of distrust were resolved" through their in-person meeting, A's side denied so and stated, "Park Na Rae insisted that I start working for her again. She tried to get me to drink and go to karaoke with her." 

After piecing together earlier claims with the phone conversation, many netizens began raising questions of doubt toward 'A'. Several criticized the fact that 'A's stance in press statements did not match her stance or behavior in the phone conversation, as shown in the reactions below:

"This call makes me question everything the manager's side has claimed up until now."

"So that was the day that 'A' claimed Park Na Rae didn't take the negotiations seriously and tried to get her to drink and go to karaoke? Okay then that was a blatant lie." 

"I'm very sorry to the manager but if I were to just judge the situation based on that phone conversation, she seems completely psychotic. She hired lawyers to totally ruin a celebrity's career, and then on the phone she's like, I love you and I'm worried about you??"

"What is this person's deal? Like I really don't understand what they're trying to do."

"People were grilling Park Na Rae for trying to resolve the situation through alcohol when this was first reported, but the person who made Park Na Rae try alcohol as a resolution was 'A' herself."

"So all this time, that manager was putting on a psychotic one-person show??"

"This is actually scary. That manager scares me and it also scares me that Park Na Rae sounds like she actually still cares about her."

"So her whole agenda from the beginning was to ruin Park Na Rae. It was all a setup."

"Based on what Lee Jin Ho said, they met that day, had drinks, hugged each other and sobbed, and tried to get back on good terms. And then the next day she did a 180 and made Park Na Rae look like a villain again??"

"If this phone conversation is legitimate, then what Park Na Rae has been saying up until this point makes sense. They did try to reconcile that day after meeting. Park Na Rae said as much, but the manager lied and said that they couldn't reach a settlement because of Park Na Rae. After that, Park Na Rae decided to dismiss the possibility of a settlement and took it to court." 

Meanwhile, police are expected to begin investigation into Park Na Rae and 'A's dispute around the end of this month or the beginning of next month. Furthermore, Park Na Rae is facing a separate police investigation for her involvement with an individual known as 'Injection Aunt', suspected of administering medical procedures and handing out prescription-grade drugs to celebrities privately without proper licensing. Former manager 'A' and her party was the first to whistleblow on Park Na Rae's relationship with 'Injection Aunt'.
