Fin.K.L members reunite to support Lee Hyo Ri following the loss of her father

The members of the legendary girl group Fin.K.L have gathered once again to support their leader, Lee Hyo Ri, in her time of loss. On April 14, 2026 KST, it was confirmed that Ok Joo Hyun, Lee Jin, and Sung Yu Ri visited the funeral of Lee Hyo Ri’s father to offer their condolences and stand by her side. The reunion of the four members, though brought about by sorrow, has deeply moved fans by proving that their bond remains unbreakable more than two decades after their debut.

The news of the members’ gathering was shared by Ok Joo Hyun through a series of photos and videos posted on social media. She described the time spent at the funeral hall as a "warm date," reflecting the comfort they found in each other's presence despite the somber atmosphere. "Spending the whole day together felt like an achingly warm date," she wrote, adding, "Our leader has worked so hard," as a direct message of support to Lee Hyo Ri. The posts also showed candid moments of the members, including Sung Yu Ri eating traditional funeral soup, with Ok Joo Hyun tagging every member and adding heart emojis to symbolize their shared "sorrow and joy."

Lee Hyo Ri’s father, the late Lee Joong Kwang, passed away on April 12. Lee Hyo Ri and her husband, Lee Sang Soon, served as the chief mourners, overseeing the wake at the Seoul Central University Hospital Funeral Hall. The funeral procession was held at 7 AM on the morning of April 14, following a quiet and dignified service. The deceased was laid to rest at the family plot in Eumseong-gun, Chungcheongbuk-do.
