Former NCT member Lucas parts ways with SM Entertainment

Former NCT member Lucas will be parting ways with SM Entertainment.

On April 24 KST, SM Entertainment announced via Weverse,

"Hello, this is SM Entertainment.

We sincerely thank fans for your immense love and support toward Lucas.

We would like to notify you that Lucas's exclusive contract with SM Entertainment will formally conclude as of April 24 KST.

We cherish the time that Lucas has spent with us, from his trainee days to his debut and throughout his various activities, and we promise to cheer on Lucas in whatever challenges lie ahead. 

We hope that fans will also watch over Lucas as he begins a new chapter.

Thank you."

Lucas debuted as a member of NCT in 2018, before withdrawing from the group in 2023 due to various matters related to his private life.
