ILLIT’s Moka halts activities due to health issues ahead of comeback

Moka of ILLIT has temporarily suspended activities due to health concerns just days before the group’s comeback.

On April 20 KST, BELIFT LAB announced via Weverse that Moka recently visited the hospital after experiencing health issues and was advised by medical professionals to undergo treatment and get sufficient rest.

Although the artist expressed a strong desire to continue activities, the agency stated that her recovery must come first. As a result, Moka will not participate in ILLIT’s scheduled activities for the time being.

The agency added that it will carefully monitor her condition and announce her return once she has sufficiently recovered, emphasizing its commitment to supporting her health.

The news comes shortly before ILLIT’s comeback, with the group set to release its fourth mini album 'MAMIHLA PINATAPAI' and title track “It’s Me” on April 30.
