Lee Hyori returns to yoga studio, Lee Sang Soon resumes radio show after family bereavement

Singer Lee Hyori and her husband, musician Lee Sang Soon, have each resumed their professional routines following a period of family mourning.

On April 16, the official account of Ananda Yoga Studio, operated by Lee Hyori, shared several photos without additional commentary. The images showed students participating in early morning yoga practice sessions, suggesting that Lee Hyori has returned to her regular schedule after taking time away due to a family loss.

Lee Sang Soon also returned to his radio program 'Perfect Day with Lee Sang Soon,' resuming his role as DJ on April 15 after a brief hiatus to attend to his family matters. He reconnected with listeners shortly after the funeral period concluded.

Following the broadcast, the production team of 'Perfect Day with Lee Sang Soon' released a photo featuring Lee Sang Soon alongside guest Thomas Cook. In the image, Lee appears noticeably subdued yet maintains a faint smile, drawing sympathy from fans who noted his return to work just a day after the funeral procession.

Lee Hyori recently experienced the passing of her father, the late Lee Jung Kwang, on April 12. She had previously shared her father’s long-term illness through broadcast appearances, expressing deep affection and concern. During the mourning period, she and her husband served as chief mourners at the funeral.

The funeral rites were held on April 14, with the burial taking place in a family burial site in Eumseong County, North Chungcheong Province. Throughout the mourning period, members of the group Fin.K.L, Ock Joo Hyun, Lee Jin, and Sung Yuri, visited the mourning hall to pay their respects and support Lee Hyori during the difficult time.
