One Hundred Label issued a strong rebuttal regarding recent allegations brought forward by members of The Boyz, stating that all settlements have been completed and reaffirming its desire to continue full-group activities with all ten members.
On April 21, One Hundred Label released an official statement addressing reports that The Boyz had filed a criminal complaint against the agency’s chairman, Cha Ga Won, on charges related to alleged embezzlement. The company rejected these claims, calling them “false” and accusing the group’s legal representatives of distorting facts and manipulating public opinion.
The agency stated that a comprehensive account review and financial audit had already been completed, and that “no evidence of fund misuse or embezzlement was found.” It further emphasized that it would pursue all legal measures, including charges of false accusation, against the opposing side.
One Hundred Label also argued that the escalating conflict was not driven directly by the artists themselves, but rather by their legal representatives. The company claimed that The Boyz’s legal counsel had been providing “malicious and false information” to certain members, which it says has significantly damaged trust between the artists and the agency.
Addressing financial matters, One Hundred Label insisted that it had already paid substantial advance payments and settlement fees to the members, and that its settlement structure remains transparent and properly organized. The agency added that it “genuinely supports and hopes for full-group activities of all 10 members of The Boyz,” expressing concern that external influence may be harming the artists and worsening the situation.
In contrast, several members of The Boyz excluding New, reportedly including Jacob, Younghoon, Hyunjae, Juyeon, Kevin, Q, Sunwoo, and Eric, have appointed legal representatives. They claim the agency failed to properly pay settlement fees for activities beginning in July 2025, following the second-quarter settlement in 2025. They also allege that repeated requests to access key contract documents and financial records were denied without valid justification, arguing that this constitutes a breach of the agency’s fundamental management obligations.
As both sides present sharply conflicting accounts, the dispute has intensified, drawing attention to ongoing tensions within the group’s management and contractual structure.
