
Stray Kids has been nominated at the American Music Awards for the second consecutive year, continuing their global momentum.
According to the official nominee list released on April 14 local time, Stray Kids is nominated in the Best Male K-Pop Artist category at the 2026 AMAs, set to take place on May 25.
The group has maintained strong visibility at the awards, having been nominated in 2025 for Favorite K Pop Artist and Favorite Soundtrack. Their continued presence highlights growing global recognition, as the AMAs remain one of the three major music awards in the United States alongside the Grammys and Billboard Music Awards.
Stray Kids has solidified its position as a global top artist, achieving eight consecutive No. 1 albums on the Billboard 200 chart, beginning with “ODDINARY” in 2022. This milestone marks a historic first in the chart’s 70 year history, further elevating K-pop’s global status.
Looking ahead, Stray Kids will headline major international festivals, including 'The Governors Ball Music Festival' in New York on June 6 and 'Rock in Rio' in Brazil on September 11, continuing to showcase their powerful performance presence worldwide.
