Actress Tang Wei has officially confirmed that she is expecting her second child.

On April 29, a representative for Tang Wei told media that the actress is indeed pregnant. However, details such as the due date and the baby’s gender were not disclosed, citing privacy reasons.

The confirmation follows recent speculation from Chinese media after Tang Wei appeared at a luxury brand event in Shanghai wearing an outfit that revealed a noticeable baby bump.

Born in 1979, Tang Wei married movie director Kim Tae Yong in July 2014 after meeting through the film “Late Autumn.” The couple welcomed their first daughter, Summer, in 2016.
