Domestic abuse allegations have been raised against CEO Kim Jung Hoon of the infant health and supplement product company 'BIOMOM'. The domestic abuse allegations below are unrelated to the sexual assault case.

The allegations were initially raised by an informant, who reported Kim Jung Hoon to the police for domestic abuse in January of 2026 through a statement of testimony.

According to the informant, they initially learned that their acquaintance, Kim Jung Hoon's current wife, was being domestically abused around August of 2025. Around this time, Kim Jung Hoon's wife (hereby referred to as 'A') contacted the informant by saying, "Help me," and sported bruises all over her face and body to the point that she was forced to wear long-sleeved clothing at the height of summer to cover up the bruises.

The informant then continually received similar communication from 'A' from September through November, when 'A' stated that "she had been hit with a phone until the phone became bent" or that "she had been hit in the head repeatedly and felt like vomiting"

Following the handwritten statement of testimony, the informant disclose additional allegations as found below (Allegations shortened into summarized excerpts).

"Beginning around 2 weeks after the registration of their marriage, the assailant continuously assaulted and verbally abused the victim. Often, bouts of verbal and physical abuse were followed by forced intercourse and forced swallowing of the assailant's phlegm-mixed spit."
"The assailant forced the victim to stripe down, get on their knees, and beg for forgiveness. If the victim ever spoke of divorce or reporting her assailant to the police, she was violently assaulted."
"When the assailant noticed that bruises on the body were too noticeable to outsiders, he began targeting the victim's head, smashing her head on the floor and throwing her whole body against the wall."
"The victim was forced to say 'I love you' to the victim 30 times a day."
"The assailant monitored the victim's activities through CCTVs and audio recording devices installed inside the house, forcing the victim to hide in blind spots whenever she dared call her acquaintances or her parents."
"When the victim claimed that she wanted a divorce, the assailant threatened, 'I can make you go to jail even though you've done nothing wrong. I can fabricate crimes out of thin air with money. I have the best lawyers. I've been dealing with lawsuits for the past 3 years. Dealing with the likes of you is a piece of cake'."
"The assailant's ex-wife also claimed domestic abuse."
"The assailant constantly controlled data on the victim's phone, such as deleting all photos taken before 2025, changing personal information saved on social media and apps, surveilling all phone and message records, etc."
"The victim was severely restricted in their outdoor activities, only being allowed to go grocery shopping, visit the hospital, the skincare clinic, and approved learning facilities."
"The victim had to report her whereabouts every 10~30 minutes, including reporting her outfit when going outdoors."

Below are alleged photos of the victim's bruises from assault.

Meanwhile, Kim Jung Hoon is known as the older brother of BLACKPINK's Jisoo. He is CEO of the infant health and supplement company 'BIOMOM', which is also the parent company of BLISSOO, Jisoo's single-artist management company.

Kim Jung Hoon, born in 1989, is the oldest of three siblings. The second sibling is Kim Ji Yoon, Jisoo's older sister born in 1990 who has made several TV broadcast appearances.

Below are photos of Jisoo and the other BLACKPINK members attending Kim Jung Hoon's wedding in 2019. It is suspected that Kim Jung Hoon divorced the wife from this marriage and is currently married to a second wife. It's believed that Kim Jung Hoon had at least one child with his first wife.

In another seemingly unrelated incident, an anonymous individual came forward in May of 2025 to accuse Kim Jung Hoon of "filming sexual intercourse without consent before spreading the filmed content to acquaintances." Kim Jung Hoon denied the accusations and warned legal action.
