ALPHA DRIVE ONE captures youthful summer energy with ‘No School Tomorrow’

ALPHA DRIVE ONE is set to heat up early summer with youthful energy and refreshing new music.

The group will release its prologue single 'No School Tomorrow' on May 26 at 6 PM The single contains two tracks, including the title song "OMG!" and the B-side "Good Life".

‘No School Tomorrow’ captures the thrill of youthful freedom and excitement sparked by an unexpected school closure. Combining refreshing “Cold Summer Youth” energy with the members’ bright visuals, the release highlights ALPHA DRIVE ONE’s signature “romantic energetic” mood.

The title track "OMG!" blends energetic hip-hop beats with trendy synthesizer sounds, expressing the unpredictable emotions of youth through a vibrant hip-hop R&B sound. Meanwhile, "Good Life" delivers a groovy house-inspired atmosphere with funky disco rhythms, bright piano melodies, and synth arrangements.

Ahead of the release, the members shared their thoughts on returning with their first comeback since debuting in January 2026.

Member Rio said he was excited to reunite with fans through music show promotions, while Junseo expressed gratitude to the group’s fandom, ALLYZ, for patiently waiting for their return.

The members also emphasized that this comeback showcases a different side of the group compared to their debut activities. Arno noted that the team prepared hard to present a more mature and diverse image, while Sangwon shared his excitement about finally returning to the stage with fans again.

Regarding the title track, Junseo described "OMG!" as a playful and energetic song that reflects the group’s bright personalities and captures the fun of enjoying messy situations with a positive mindset.

The members highlighted the track’s easy-listening appeal and youthful atmosphere as key listening points. Sangwon recommended listening to the song during a drive or while hanging out by the Han River, while Anshin said it would perfectly match a relaxing Friday night before a day off.

Performance-wise, the group teased lively facial expressions and playful choreography as major highlights. Xinlong explained that the stage performance focuses heavily on bright expressions and energetic reactions that naturally make listeners want to shout “OMG!”

The members also shared memorable moments from filming the music video. Rio recalled having fun filming scenes in the rain and riding bicycles alongside fireworks, while Sangwon revealed that the group frequently laughed during recording sessions due to the song’s cute lyrics.

Looking ahead, ALPHA DRIVE ONE plans to continue its momentum through the summer with another release already confirmed for August.
