BY K-Soul · May 22, 2026

ALPHA DRIVE ONE has filed legal complaints against malicious commenters.

On May 21 KST, Wake One Entertainment stated, “Back in February, we appointed a law firm and announced legal action against the spread of false information, defamation, and other illegal acts targeting our artists,” while providing an update on the ongoing investigation.

According to the agency, they have spent the past several months conducting their own monitoring efforts, continuously collecting and reviewing malicious posts involving false information, personal attacks, the production and distribution of obscene content, defamation, and insults.

Based on the collected evidence, Wake One submitted two official complaints in April and May. The company explained, “Investigations are currently under way, including the execution of search and seizure warrants, to secure identifying information on the perpetrators.”

The agency further added, “We have obtained and are analyzing information necessary to identify suspects from certain platforms,” and stated that they are continuing necessary follow-up procedures in close cooperation with investigative authorities.

Lastly, Wake One emphasized, “This response is intended to correct distorted information and false rumors, while protecting our artists from malicious slander and violations of their rights,” adding, “We will pursue all necessary legal procedures to the end.”

Meanwhile, ALPHA DRIVE ONE is set to make their comeback on May 26 with the prologue single ‘No School Tomorrow’. The title track has been confirmed as “OMG!”.
