Influencer Kim Ji Yoon, the older sister of Jisoo from BLACKPINK, found herself embarrassed after failing to attract attention during a mission on tvN’s new variety show 'Kill It: Style Creator War.'
During the premiere episode aired on May 12, contestants participated in the first-round “Photogenic” mission, where 40 photographers took spontaneous photos of participants while three label teams evaluated their appeal based on the number of photos captured and overall performance.
As Kim Ji Yoon stepped onto the stage, she quickly realized she was not receiving much attention from the photographers. Looking visibly nervous, she called out, “Please take photos of me. Oh no, what do I do?”
In an effort to stand out, Kim suddenly lay down on the floor and struck a dramatic pose. Explaining her decision later, she said, “I wanted to show a memorable side of myself, so I immediately lay down.”
However, even the unexpected pose failed to draw many cameras toward her. Growing increasingly embarrassed, she reacted by saying, “This isn’t working, this isn’t working. I’m so embarrassed,” before stepping away from the stage.
In an interview with the production team afterward, Kim Ji Yoon candidly shared her disappointment, saying, “I was really flustered. I honestly didn’t expect people not to take photos of me like this.”
