
LeeZu, a composer known for his work on the popular rhythm game DJ MAX, has passed away at the age of 42, leaving fans and the music community in shock.
On May 4, composer XeoN (real name Wang Jung Hyun) shared the tragic news through her social media account. “My friend, and a composer of the DJ MAX series we all love, LeeZu, has embarked on a long journey alone,” she wrote, announcing his passing.
She continued with a heartfelt message: “We sincerely ask that you remember the many songs he left behind and pay tribute so that his journey will not be lonely. May he rest in peace.”
The news has become even more poignant as fans recalled LeeZu’s final message. On April 25, he uploaded a video titled 'Goodbye' on his YouTube channel, BANG RANG BACK SU. Alongside the video, he wrote a brief but emotional note: “Thank you to everyone, and I’m sorry.”
LeeZu's sudden passing has prompted an outpouring of grief from fans and fellow artists, who continue to honor his legacy through the music he created.
