BLACKPINK's Jennie reportedly stayed out until the early hours while attending a star-studded 'Met Gala afterparty' in New York.
According to U.S. fashion magazine Vogue, a 'Met Gala afterparty' hosted by eyewear brand Ray-Ban took place on May 5 (local time) at the brand’s newly launched multi-purpose space, Ray-Ban House, located in SoHo, New York. The event followed the annual Met Gala, one of the world’s most prestigious fashion gatherings.
Jennie reportedly arrived at the afterparty in a noticeably relaxed look, having changed out of her blue sequin Chanel gown worn on the 'Met Gala' red carpet into a more casual outfit featuring a tank top, skirt, and a fur-like shawl.
Vogue reported that around 1:45 a.m., Jennie was seen moving behind the DJ booth, where she joined DJs Daniela Lalita and Angelica Ballesteros. She was seen dancing to the music and energizing the crowd, staying until the final moments of the party.
Meanwhile, members of BLACKPINK attended the 'Met Gala' individually this year, each receiving personal invitations to the event in New York. Their separate appearances at the global fashion gala drew additional attention, highlighting their individual influence in the fashion industry beyond their group activities.
