Shownu and Hyungwon of MONSTA X have officially wrapped up promotions for their second mini album ‘LOVE ME.’
The duo concluded official activities for title track “Do You Love Me” following their final performance on 'Inkigayo' on May 24.
Through their agency Starship Entertainment, the two members shared, “From beginning to end, we kept thinking about what kind of performances Monbebe would enjoy while preparing for this album. We feel proud and happy that so many people loved it.”
They added, “As MONSTA X and as a unit, we will continue to return with even better music and performances. Please continue to support and look forward to the upcoming world tour as well.”
Throughout this comeback, Shownu X Hyungwon drew attention with coordinated suit and leather styling that balanced individuality with unity, creating a restrained yet powerful sexy concept. Their deep toned vocals, emotional performances, and expressive stage presence also received enthusiastic reactions from global fans.

Their upgraded performance chemistry especially stood out during promotions. The duo showcased dynamic choreography utilizing various formations alongside their signature “L TAP” dance move, which emphasized hip and shoulder movements while amplifying the unit’s intense aura.
Shownu X Hyungwon also stayed actively connected with fans through various short form content releases. Dance challenges with fellow artists and fun mini game content helped maintain excitement throughout the comeback period.
‘LOVE ME’ marked the duo’s first release in approximately two years and ten months since their debut mini album. Through the project, the pair explored different emotions surrounding love while expanding their musical identity in their own style.
Title track “Do You Love Me” captures the push and pull emotions of two people uncertain about each other’s feelings, blending rhythmic drums, brass, and guitar sounds into a sophisticated atmosphere.
Meanwhile, Shownu X Hyungwon plan to continue greeting fans through various music activities and content, while MONSTA X is set to meet global fans through its upcoming ‘2026 MONSTA X WORLD TOUR [THE X : NEXUS].’
