Shindong surprises fans with noticeably slimmer appearance after weight loss

Shindong of Super Junior recently shared an update showcasing his noticeably slimmer appearance.

On May 24, Shindong uploaded several photos to SNS along with the caption, “It started with ‘let’s just try it once,’ but before I knew it, I had a full custom gear setup. But honestly, it’s so fun. Sports are definitely all about the equipment.”

In the photos, Shindong can be seen fully geared up in ice hockey equipment while flashing a bright smile. Fans especially noticed his sharper jawline and more defined facial features following his weight loss.

Broadcaster Jang Sung Kyu also reacted in the comments, writing, “Dong, how are you losing all this weight?” expressing his surprise at Shindong’s transformation.

Meanwhile, Shindong previously revealed that he had lost 37 kg over the course of five months, but later honestly admitted that he experienced a rebound effect just three months afterward.
