ENHYPEN has been selected as the inaugural featured artist for Harper's Bazaar Korea's new special edition, 'BAZAAR STAR'. The project, a collaboration between the global fashion magazine and the popular K-pop group, will be presented in two distinct conceptual chapters.
The first chapter, 'Futurism,' captures ENHYPEN as a vast universe, constantly expanding and radiating infinite energy. The members are depicted amidst futuristic settings, glowing lights, and speeding bikes, showcasing their powerful presence as beings moving beyond boundaries. The second chapter, 'Zodiac,' delves into the members' inner instincts and primal senses, visually interpreting their unique personalities and current presence through the ancient language of their respective star signs.
The special edition will feature candid interviews with each member. Jungwon shared that reading comments on fan-edited concert videos brings him solace, stating, "Watching ENGENE's videos makes me emotional, realizing we created this moment together. I want to continue drawing our future like that." Jay emphasized the importance of 100% sincerity in the artist-fan relationship, believing it's the only way to achieve healthy outcomes. Jake discussed lessons learned from team activities, saying, "Through long years of team activities, I learned how to rely on others and give and receive help. My biggest desire now is to give fans a concert they won't regret."
Sunghoon reflected on the meaning of winning a Daesang at the 2025 MAMA Awards, noting, "I once again felt that ENHYPEN exists because of ENGENE. Now, I want to trust ourselves and move forward without worrying about how others see us." Sunoo expressed his appreciation for spending his twenties with the members, calling them companions who spend more time together than family during this precious period. Maknae Ni-ki highlighted ENHYPEN's unique worldview, stating, "We're not just using the vampire concept once; we're continuously developing it through music genres, outfits, and performances. I believe this is something only ENHYPEN can do."
The 'BAZAAR STAR' special edition will be released in a total of seven types, featuring group and individual covers, and adopting Bazaar's first flip-over binding method to offer two distinct covers for each. This collaboration will also include two photobooks: a Bazaar version and an ENHYPEN version. Pre-orders began on June 23, with the official release scheduled for July 8. Additional digital content will be available on Bazaar's official website, Instagram, and YouTube channels.
