Singer-songwriter Hwina released her sixth single, 'Would You Hear Me Out?', on June 25 at noon KST.
Hwina was selected as a 2025 Muse On artist from a 400:1 applicant pool, and has since built a following around her emotional vocals and personal songwriting style.
The new track deals with the gap between putting on a brave face and the worries underneath — the pressure of pretending everything is fine when it isn't. Hwina described the song as a quiet confession to herself.
"Just as countless secrets are hidden beneath a beautiful sky, this song contains my stories that I couldn't easily share with anyone," she said. "I honestly expressed the anxiety, greed, and feelings of wandering between expectation and disappointment hidden behind a constantly smiling face."
"It's the story of someone who wants to seem perfect but is actually timid, someone who pretends to be okay but sometimes wavers. Perhaps this song isn't just my story, but a secret we all share."
'Would You Hear Me Out?' is out now on all major streaming platforms.
