The film 'Wild Sing' (directed by Son Jae Gon) has unveiled the full performance by the fictional co-ed group Triangle, whose stage has become one of the most talked-about moments from the movie's post-credit scenes.
'Wild Sing' is a comedy about Triangle, a once-chart-topping three-member co-ed dance group that was forced to disband overnight after becoming embroiled in an unexpected scandal. Twenty years later, the trio reunites for one last chance at making a comeback.
The newly released video features the complete encore stage of Triangle's second album title track, "Shout It Out," which appears during the film's second post-credit scene. The song was only briefly featured in the main film, leaving audiences eager to see the full performance.
Unlike the bright, refreshing concept of their debut hit "Love Is," "Shout It Out" embraces a darker Y2K-inspired sound. The hybrid dance track combines heavy late-1990s and early-2000s influences with a blunt social critique of environmental issues, delivering a nostalgic yet edgy "metallic" Y2K aesthetic.
The performance stands out for its bold cyber-warrior-inspired styling and addictive choreography. Within the film's storyline, the song propels Triangle to the top of a music show immediately after their comeback, preventing ballad prince Choi Sung Gon (played by Oh Jung Se) from reaching No. 1 and leaving him with the legendary, and somewhat unfortunate, record of finishing in second place for 39 consecutive weeks.
The newly released stage showcases Triangle celebrating their first-place victory. Kang Dong Won, as leader Hyun Woo, impresses with polished dancing, vocals, and rap, while Uhm Tae Goo's Sang Gu makes a memorable impact with his short but powerful rap verses. Park Ji Hyun's Do Mi commands the center position with undeniable stage presence, completing the group's electrifying chemistry.
Adding to the realism, Triangle's official fan club, Red-Green-Blue Brigade, fills the audience with thunderous cheers and synchronized fan chants, making the performance feel like an authentic music show encore stage.
