QWER is set to make its official debut in Japan.
Agency 3Y Corporation announced on June 27 that QWER had recently signed with Warner Music Japan and will officially enter the Japanese music market.
The agreement marks the beginning of the band's full-fledged activities in Japan, further expanding its presence overseas. QWER has been preparing for its official debut by releasing a Japanese-language version of its debut single 'Discord' and performing at major music festivals across the country.
In March, the band successfully held the Japan leg of its first world tour across three cities, drawing enthusiastic responses from local audiences. The performances also showcased the group's strong live band skills and underscored its potential in the market.
QWER will officially kick off its Japanese activities on July 8 with the release of 'SHOW DOWN', the opening theme song for 'Tomb Raider King', a Fuji TV anime series. As the group's first major release following its official Japanese debut announcement, the song is expected to draw significant attention.
